We are Pascha and Jessica, co-founders of BASH Studios.

Event Director Pascha brings over 12 years of experience working with leading fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands, including the renowned agency Fiona Leahy Design. She has orchestrated multimillion-pound events around the world - from exclusive Fashion Week parties and dinners in London, Paris and New York, to international press and influencer trips, as well as intimate gatherings for high-net-worth individuals - all known for their impeccable detail and lasting impact.

Creative Director Jessica brings a distinguished background in fashion and beauty events, including work with Harvey Nichols and Fiona Leahy Design, where she crafted bespoke experiences for luxury brands and high-profile clients. With nearly 80,000 followers on her fashion and lifestyle Instagram, @jessicagarlandblake, she combines a sharp creative eye with strong social media savvy - positioning her as a leading creative in the luxury event space.

We prioritise sustainability by maximising the use of production materials through reuse, recycling and repurposing. To reduce our environmental impact, we manage energy consumption, minimise waste, and limit our reliance on transportation. Additionally, we strive to source catering and ingredients locally whenever possible and encourage the adoption of plant-based menus.
